My game crashes

Sometimes a game can have issues due to resources being unavailable on the device, have you tried restarting your device (by pressing both buttons)?

This can be achieved by pressing and holding the top tight hand button on the device along with the home button (bottom middle button), until you see the message 'Slide to Power OFF'.  

Keep holding both buttons and the devices screen will go blank.  Let go of the home button and then the top right hand button. 

After a couple of seconds you should see the Apple logo and the device will restart, if this does not happen wait a couple of seconds and then press the top right button again.
