As per Google Play's terms and conditions, all game purchases have a refund period of 15 minutes.

We feel that this gives sufficient time to make sure a game runs on your device. Due to the competitive price of all of our games, once you are outside of this period we do not offer refunds.

In-App Purchases

As per Google Play's terms and conditions, all consumable in-app purchases are non refundable.
